I downloaded the 10 day free trial..worked fine....I decided to order the program about a year later and it would NOT take my password (possible I forgot it). I then followed the instructions to get my password emailed to me. No reponse - 3 tickets later and YES I emailed Jow the owner as well. No reponse from him either. They were quick to charge my credit card, but I have yet been able to use the tool. I have requested a refund...now I am sure I must play the waiting game again. I am going to the Attorney Generals Office after this. NO PHONE NUMBER AT ALL TO CALL EITHER...REDICULOUS!!!

Parent Tools is NOT Spyware
Some popular spyware scanners flag Parent Tools as a spyware application. This is because of the nature of the program, i.e. the ability to secretly monitor AIM conversations. There is no malicious spyware in the software.

Parent Control Implants Spyware?
