With the release of Microsoft Office 2007, a new menu interface was introduced, RibbonX. This new UI uses at its base XML, not VBA, to create menus displayed in the application. Office Ribbon Editor assists Office developers by providing a simple way to edit the XML that creates the Ribbon Menus. It also allows developers to manage VBA callbacks and embedded images that are used on ribbon objects such as the Button. It is compatible with 2010.
