Pretty nice and useful
Pros: (1) Its ability to remember connection information as I have a bunch of connections to make to different types of databases (2) Ability to compare schemas across different databases by auto-mapping datatypes, this is really wonderful (3) Ability to migrate / consolidate data from different data sources into a single data source Cons: (1) Update installation needs some work
