    Spectacular 3d animation screensaver package.
With the updates in computer technology comes an update in software, and simply put, the standard screensavers that come with Windows don't use the technology as fully as this screensaver. In fact, despite Linux being relatively new compared with all the older operating systems, its easy-to-find screensaver packages are more in tune with the signs of the times. Museum of New Art really comes up to that level. The animations are smooth and full of colour, and it has a dose of psychedelia in it, while still being up-to-date artwise. This is important, because it is 3d. In some places it even looks shockingly similar to a lava lamp. This means, yes, you can watch it for hours if you so choose. The one so-so thing about it is that you have to pay for it. But it's nothing major, and the $10 that he wants for it is really a small price to pay, in comparison with a lot of the other artistic screensavers. It has a little box that pops up, though, telling you to register. This seems to be a sign that he knows that if he gave out a smaller version of it as freeware, he wouldn't be able to convey the full impact of it. And if he gave the whole thing away for nothing, then all would be lost, including some certain rights. The box is an annoyance, but you can have the screensaver forever, for free, if you have the box there. I recommend that you try it for yourself, and see what you think. Just prepare to be amazed!
