MSNProtocol Analyzer(MSNPAnalyzer) is a network utility that can monitor (or capture, monitor) the sessions of MSN Protocol.
If you use this program in conbination with SwitchSniffer program, you can capture and see all the MSNP sessions including conversations and MSN commands.

Does not work under Windows 9x/ME
Although MSNPAnalyzer says it is supported under Windows 9x/ME with just the Winpcap driver, it is unusable (version 0.9.3). After installation (and loading the winpcap driver) OK, when started it first pops up a dialogue box inviting you to install Alexa Toolbar or be stuck with the dialogue box. Selecting "no", it closes both the dialogue box and the MSNPAnalyzer window, then links to the developers' website so that you can download SwitchSniffer, a traffic redirection tool. Unfortunately, SwitchSniffer does not run under Windows 9x/ME. Game over.
