LeapFTP is an intuitive FTP client that provides a familiar interface for using FTP servers. Other features include a remote file editor, dragging and dropping from Windows, proxy support, caching of remote directory lists, an anti-idle mechanism to keep you connected to the Internet during long downloads, and system tray minimization. You can also browse during file transfer, make use of context-sensitive help, and auto-redial lost connections.
Version 2.71 adds support for long filenames in command line parameters that are enclosed in quotes, support for percent tokens in FTP URLs, a data-command line parameter that allows you to specify a directory where configuration files are stored, bug fixes, and more.
