DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SOFTWARE! YOU WILL BE SORRY!
We had the old guest tracker and were told this was the upgrade. Not even close. THe program is difficult and the programmers might have a slight knowledge of hotel operations but have absolutely no accounting knowledge whatsoever. The program is quirkly and requires lots of steps just to check someone on or to make a reservation. It's not cheap and the tech support is rude and arrogant. They forget who the customer is. There only reference on their website is a bed and breakfast who doesn't even utilize the systme. The Bed and Breakfast owners are nice and will tell you they don't use any of the audit functions. I could go on and on but won't. Worse mistake we have ever made.
