I am a developer working for a small software company. We purchased this product such that we could generate a unique key for our license manager. The product is unable to retrieve the correct key and we have had a number of conflicting keys for our registration process. We have tried to get support from the Chinese companies, but we have gotten no response from them. We have also threatened them with legal action, but they simply ignore our requests. Since this company is based in China, it is unlikely that you can take any legal actions.
