FullPicture is an image viewer and browser utility for Windows 95 and up. It features a full screen image viewer with a translucent interface, and a tabbed image browser that supports drag-and-drop operations. With the viewer you can zoom images, rotate them, start a slide show, or change your wallpaper. With the browser you can manage all your files, not just your images. One of the more advanced features of FullPicture is right-click zooming. With right-click zooming, you can hold down the right-button of your mouse and drag the cursor to the right to zoom in, and drag it to the left to zoom out. Similarly, the image browser features a unique slider that lets you easily change the size of the image thumbnails. The browser's tabbed interface also makes it easy to work with many folders at the same time.
