How does it work?
First, you need to register a number, then download Firefly?and install it.
Now you can call friends who are also using Firefly?- and online calls are free!
For calls to people who aren't online, Firefly?will use our great calling rates. With per-second charging and great rates, you can talk for ages.

Beyond instant messaging
So you're used to the whole instant messaging thing... now you can go one step further with Firefly and actually calling the people you've been chatting to online! When you hear your friends - especially those you've only ever typed to - it's a whole new experience. It's just like chatting to them on a normal telephone.
The only major difference is that the call won't cost you much at all - if you're calling a friend who is also online, it's free! Your Interent provider may charge for general Internet usage, such as browsing the web or calling with Firefly - check with them first if you're not sure.
Firefly's call quality is comparable to your normal telephone. Crisp and clear, all you need is a microphone and speakers. If you prefer, we also offer USB-compatible hardware in our online shop that complements the Firefly softphone perfectly.
