EZPowerOff is a small, freeware utility that allows you to shutdown, reboot, log off, power off, hibernate, stand by, lock the computer at a specified time or if the computer is idle for a specified period of time. All of these functions can also be activated with 1-click from the tray menu. Also you can set message reminders to notify you. When an alarm or a function is activated, you can set a custom sound to be played. It also supports command line activation. It rests in the system tray using little resources.
