They claim your money back... if they can't fix it. They get around this by constantly having you do things to "fix it" I had to finally stop because a scan required a day to do and every time I got back with them, they had yet another scan for me. I can only bill a client so many hours for nonsense like this, so I gave up and they kept my money. Lousy Product. Shady Business practices.

I am trying to get technical support because the program keeps freezing after it scans for a few hours. So far there is no response from technical support emails I've sent, and so i looked for another support link and found this website that says "click here for technical support" but the link is dead. what is going on? I paid nearly 100 bucks for this product and now cannot get it to work. n
