I have a combined file called setup with no extension. Changed to exe, nothing. What now

Works but needs 2 ocx
It works ... but you need to download manually 2 ocx (picclp32.ocx and msinet.ocx) and put them into your windows\system32 directory.

Crashed
Program crashed the first time I tried to run it, then tried again, and guess what... it crashed.
Uninstalled.
