Propective Buyers Beware. Do not even attempt to purchase products from Visual Vision and expect a refund. They will not give you one. If however you are somehow able to talk them into one, you can look forward to only getting 75% of your money back, and only then if it is within the first 7 Days. But first you have to sign and send them a "Software Destruction Agreement". Not a big deal right?, wrong!, their fax number does not accept faxes, it starts off as a voice message and does not answer a faxes handshake so you will end up having to send the document by snail mail to Italy. Which is fine if you live in Rome, but not great if you live in the U.S. . This company uses SWREG.ORG. This company is, in my opinion, an absolutely worthless arbitrator to help a customer get a refund of their money. They have no influence whatsoever with the companies they do business with and are only in it, in my opinion, for the money. Watch out for both of these companies.
