good Product - Horrific Support I have paid for, used and cataloged my MP3 Collection for while with this product, with much success....Until Recently, my hard drive went dead, so I needed to change it. Wizetech has ignored my request for a new license code for months. With so many Products available, stay away from this one, they do not stand behind their product. Avoid these guys and look elsewhere, someone that will stand behind their product.
