I have been comparing this to ymDataTraveler as they both are similar products. EssentailPIM is good, but still needs work. Syncing contacts from Outlook misses a host of the contacts details such as additional email addresses (unlike ymDataTraveler). The task view in Outlook is Rich Text but imports to unformatted text (unlike ymDataTraveler). You cannot import your categories (unlike ymDataTraveler). Also you need a separate add-on to sync fully with Outlook (unlike ymDataTraveler). Overall ymDataTraveler has the advantage, though EssentialPIM has a nicer, cleaner feel about it. I am undecided so far, but ymDataTraveler to me has the slight edge.
