No one ever returned my email questions

Inventory Power is a great tool and incredibly easy to use. I have purchased both the server and client versions. I recently had to replace my two computers and needed to re-register the programs on my new ones. I tried to contact the support desk regarding the license codes. I emailed them six times and have NEVER received a reply. Needless to say, my inventory, which was to have been finished by Jan. 31, was never completed. I will probably have to spent another couple hundred dollars, purchase other programs from another company who are more reliable, and start from scratch by hand counting. Thanks alot, Inventory Soft!
