Pros - It seems to be the only SDK available, if you want to integrate the FLV to MP3 functionality into your serverside software. All others seem to be GUI based desktop software. Cons - The software is buggy. Allthough the support is responsive but the development team is not able to resolve problems quickly. (it may be a problem if you plan to use the software in a production environment soon after purchase)
