MY experience so far...
Hmm... Seing those bad reviews I think only about one thing... Why are those loosers think that anybody will believe their black PR campaign? Why the competitors think that the users are so silly to read these bad reviews and think that they are really unhappy customers!!! Dear sir and madam, you are wrong if you think that these reveiws will do their black job! I'm one of the users of this software and I can say the following. THIS IS THE BEST SOFTWARE OF SUCH KIND!!! THEY PROVIDE THE BEST SUPPORT POSSIBLE!!! I'm using the software for almost a year and never, do you hear, NEVER had any problems both with the software and with the support!!! They have given me all the help I wished, all the updates I wished, they even made my updates by theirselves!! I'm very sorry that in the moderm world are living people who behave like this, so silly for you and so unhonest!!! I'm always walking through the web-sites with reviews and always punish those bad competitors!!! I hate such business which you are making. VERY BAD!!!!

My experience so far...
I too have purchased the software and I am a "real" customer that you can contact if you would like more information on my experience. I have saved and documented my 2 week (and counting) ordeal to get this software installed and bug free. My questions for all you happy customers are this: 1. How long did it take them to install the software and fix all the outstanding bugs during testing? 2. Did you modify the cookies that the system places on your users computers or did you just "train" your members how to set browser setting and always remember to log out? (amazing that there are sites with 35,000 members, 700,000 members, etc....when I only have 7-8,000) - I noticed that the software places permanent cookies on computers so that when I exit all browsers and shut my computer off, I am still logged into the site when I turn it back on. - Their reply to my question about permanent cookies (and when they expire) was a tirade about locksmiths not being responsible for locking the front door...And for me to train all my users to set browser settings and logout. I am daunted by asking 7-8,000…can’t imagine asking 35,000. - They tend to treat their customers (or at least me) like they are tech idiots who don't understand. I asked a simple question of how long the cookies are active before they expire...no answer...so I did my own test: -10.20.2007 - 1:24am - Signed into my site and then closed all browser windows, shut my computer off and went to bed. -10.20.2007 - 9:01am - Woke up, turned my computer on and went to my site URL...still logged in. - I will repeated process above and will check back in another 5-6 hours. Anyone else with the site live have this issue with their users? Seems odd that a site that would collect so much personal information could actually be accessed by an individual using the computer they used (if they forgot to logout) and simply visiting the URL again from the "history screen". If you take, for example, the person with 35,000 users and assume that only 15% of his users are visiting his site in one day (5,250 users) and, of those, let’s say 30% forget to logout when they leave (1,575 users)…and let’s say that 5% of those are on a public computer that they don’t/didn’t set browser settings or they just forgot to set their own computers browser settings…that is 80 users permanently logged into the site until the computer settings flush/delete the cookies? You can see how this could end up being an issue… I just wanted to know how long the cookie last for and, even more important…Can the settings be changed to lower the “life” of the cookie? Thanks. Great script
I hate those losers who can not properly install anything and then complain and tell everyone that the software sucks. If you can not work online, DO NOT START! And do not blame the software. I own it 1 year, have 35 000 members. I HAVE WORKED HARD ON IT ALL! And I never complained.

abk-soft sucks
Abk-soft absolutely sucks. They have a poor customer attiude and there technical support sucks. I will never buy from them again. I had to request a refund given the fact there software is full of bugs ..and is the worst I have ever worked with. I will never buy from them again!

Perfect software
I bought it and so did my friends. We are happy. The program is very useful and easy in understanding. The set of functions is very rich and different. Support service works perfectly, all my questions were answered immediately. Perfect work.

I like it
There is no doubt, the script is perfect. Diferent functions: video-chat, Flash Games, Friends Module, Flash Chat with Multiple Rooms, 3D Chat are amazing! . they work without mistakes and other problems.

Very nice!
It is a really unique script! First I have tried the demo, and have then bought, and have remained very happy! It is dream solution of a serious person! For such ridiculous money - support, video-chat, Flash Games, Friends Module, Flash Chat with Multiple Rooms, 3D Chat. Awsome!

Great Software
I agree, the only thing I am sorry about is the fact that I had been using phpfox for 1 year before I found this script. But now, especially when 3D City is out, it is the best thing that I have ever seen.

Hi! After I first saw the demo I fell in love with this script. And now after I have been using it for 2 months, from the very start, I love it more and more. I just want to thank the developers. You are great guys! Do not pay attention to the reviews left by your competetors, just add new wonderful features, because you cope with this really great! The clients of yours are thankful, let competetors leave reviews, if they have nothing else to offer.

Beware
Company does not deliver or provide any type of REAL customer service. Special features are not really purchased just used to bait buyers. Examples:video chat and video sharing are hosted on thier servers...IN RUSSIA! Slow and they control everything. Try the demo...the problems you see there are what you can expect. After you buy service goes away...I know! I baught and feel cheated. And because they are in Russia I have no recourse. If you complain you are banned from the service site....why not...they have their money. Also when you see a good review pay attention to the english....it is broken and the syntax is off....maybe because it is the developer in Russia writing it. Honestly beware!
