I am using IIS Mod-Rewrite Pro on my webserver running on Windows 2003 Server. Most of my websites run on PHP on a Linux/Apache platform. I was always frustrated that I couldn't use the Apache mod_rewrite functionality in IIS 6.0. IIS Mod-Rewrite changed that. It's easy to install and since November 2007 it's been working without any problems. You can use global rewrite rules which can be overwritten by using .htaccess files on folder level. IIS Mod-Rewrite is a great piece of software for all of you webmasters working with Mircrosoft IIS who want to create search engine friendly URLs under IIS. My search engine traffic doubled thanks to the search engine friendly URLs I've created with IIS Mod-Rewrite Pro :)
