Very easy to use; new version (2.0) is much better
I did notice some of these issues in V1.1, but they all went away when I upgraded to V2. Not only have I not had any problems in V2, the conversions are all much faster.

Not reliable - would not buy!
While the user interface is simple and straightforward, the problem is that this software was not able to successfully process several DVDs. I have since found that I could have saved $30 by using freeware software to convert DVDs! The software I used was ripitforme.exe and Handbrake. It works very well, even on DVDs that M2Convert couldn't handle, so you might try this before paying money!
