Since I already have Java on my computer, it was easy to run--no installation!! I'm a web designer and I found the program easy to use, and it did everything I needed. I can upload, download, view files online, change permissions, everything. I really liked that I could upload an entire website just by right-clicking on a folder and selecting "upload" from the menu. It created all the folders for me. Good program.
