Company does not deliver or provide any type of REAL customer service. Special features are not really purchased just used to bait buyers. I'm sorry to say, buying this software was the worst mistake ever, they advertise it as Open source and it is mostly encrypted. They are very helpful until they get your money, then you are stuck with an encrypted, unstable, unfinished software full of bugs that you cannot even fix yourself. And no support.
