Installed Desktop Icon Toy & clicked "Run". Desktop instantly reduced icon size and location and deleted all text. Tried to uninstall with no success due to the "hooked" dll. Was unable to delete the program using Windows Explorer. Had to run "msconfig" and deselect "Desktop Icon Toy". Install at your own risk!!!
