I bought this product on June 20, 2008. This product didn't work for me. I'd get to the point where it told me to enter my username and password and then it wouldn't connect and run. I have repeatedly contacted the company asking for a refund with no success. Thier customer service is horrible. I would reccommend getting another product. I ended up getting Disk Scrubber.
