I had a lot of hassle having bought it - the serial worked once and was then blocked. Contact support and was sent a new one. Worked for a while. Eventually problem solved. On the plus side - it found 56 problems and deleted (was a bit apprehensive!) However, my PC is now running about 30per cent faster. The glitches with activate aside, I would advise it if your PC/Laptop is a year or more old

This software damaged my system. It claimed it needed to repair some 4,000 registry "errors," more than 10 times the number competing products found. Red flag right there. What it did was make the system crash and fail to shut down. Fortunately the restore feature got the system back to about where it was. Company ignored repeated refund requests. BAD, DANGEROUS SOFTWARE FROM AN ARROGANT AND DECEITFUL VENDOR--STAY AWAY!

While this program does clean your registry, they are not entirely forthcoming with the rules of purchase, in fact they are rather vague in their information. I bought a copy and after one year, it shut itself down demanding that I buy it again. They do offer a discount on "renewal", but this really amounts to extortion. Usually, it would be tech support that you could subscribe to, but here it is the whole program. I cannot recommend it given this policy.

Product didn't do what I expected (speed up my system). I requested a refund (according to their 30 day no questions asked) a week ago and am still fighting for it. Every time I make a request I am asked to try something else(export scan, run defrag, allow remote access). 30 day money back, no questions asked - WHAT A JOKE!!

Same as the other reveiwer when it screwed up my PC I tried to get my money back and all they would do is ask for more info! No questions asked!?!?!?

Pros: Interface easy to use. Cons: The program does not really work until you purchase it. You must let its update service automatically hook into your system OS to check for updates or it will not work. Admittedly this can be shut off via your firewall; however, the application still loads which slows down the boot process. The program did not satisfy my specific needs, which is not a negative comment. The site advertises a "30 days, money back, no questions asked, satisfaction guarantee" but I have contacted the company three times asking for a refund and each time I get a response for more information so their technical department can solve any problems I may be having. I have been forced to contact my credit card company to obtain a refund. Totally miffed!
