If you have a problem with connected to others, try: - be sure your account specifies the correct country - dial with international numbers like 0031... etc for Holland, or VoipStunt will use the filled in country, esp when u have problems - use a ATA or router with Voip to call and be called w/o a computer

I still have more than 50 euro in my account, I sent them mail, fax and they never answer me. the only answer I receive is: "The other party ended the call due to an unknown error”. i have 16euros credit on voipstunt, when i try to make a call it says caller ended the call and i never get thru, i have tried it from other pcs and it still dont work. i feel bloody annoyed cos i paid my money and i want to make calls i have tried re installing any ideas PLEASE?

Hi, yes it is true voipstunt does not give any support, we as reseller from them have also our probelms with their support, but i can not say that it does not work. They are cheap and this works good, some times have connection problems, you have to dial 2-3 times but it does work. Sure, there exist also other voip providers but they are little bit more expensive. We supply mostly bigger customers, to make them the work more easy, we do configure them the voip hardware and send it to them. I bough VOIP wise credit 10 Euro, I just used 1.5 Euro,Now this is totally broken,it doesn't work. Always says."Other Part Ended the Call". I sent mail but didn't get any reply.They don't provide any phone number on their site, They are big cheater!! Is there any option to take action against them?

According to me betamax is just cheating. I have/had account with their services like voipcheap, lowratevoip,nonoh,poivy, justvoip, voipraider. all the accounts are are frozen with 5 to 21 euros in all these accounts. always i get the message "call ended due to unkown error". I always called from Germany to India. First it was not possible to add money using credit card..when i contacted them through e mail they wrote back saying that hereafter after they accept payments only through regular bank transfer and no credit card payments anymore..but now they don't bother to reply to any number of my e mails why i cant call and regarding frozen account. Never knew they were big cheaters. Is there no way to stop these guys.Its just not only for me many of friends are having same problems. It freaking stinks...

The thing is voip stunt is that they charge you for the connection fee even if it cannot complete the destination number. Is that fare? It's not our falt that the voip can't reach the destination number! If you get thru, you get the money worth but if you can't you lose the money.

I lost my Computer and had to buy a new one, now I can't get your service anymore. All is set up to go just get me back on to VoipStunt. Odertor@ca.rr.com

There is nothing u can do with these crooks, they have cheated a lot they are just INTERNET PIRATES just forget them and tell every one about them
