The professional screener software doesnt work. Upon first install a screen pops up and tells you to contact support@zeebob.com. No one has ever contacted me on how to fix this problem, nor has anyone contacted me with the install key that I purchased for 59.90 days ago. This is the worse customer/product follow-up that i've ever seen. BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!
