I have tried several times to make the software work but it frezzes up every time. Be aware, you may be wasting your money!!

Your programmers are idiots, the easy and least expensive way would just be to take all the music out of the ipod (using a public domain program such as yamipod) and reinsert in maually. This is an extreme waste of money and you people should be ashamed, I'll laugh when apple sues for you making a profit on their product.

This silly little program is outrageously expensive, offers no money-back guarantee and comes with (slow) Tech Support that uses babytalk to underscore its glaring ineptitude. My guess is that it merely dresses up Windows Explorer in a different interface. Not surprisingly, the hoax doesn't work --but you won't find that out until iPod-2-iPod is all done and you see iTunes declaring your new iPod "corrupted"... Here's a thought, why not save $38.00 and simply use Windows Explorer?

the program works, but you must have to connect bouth ipod's at the same time, so, you need to stay with two cabbles. and the key for full version demand's so much time to delivered. they must give on line!!!!!
