I ordered this product over a month ago. I had a problem after one week (I eventually figured it out). I emailed the company at least six times using both of my email accounts. They never responded. This must be the ideal ploy to avoid having to pay back money after 30 days as they "guarantee". This product is satisfactory for converting your old audio tapes. But if you're a novice like me, the reference menus are little help. They list all the different functions with the barest of definitions. I wanted to know how to reduce static, but didn't know how to do it. If you're an expert, maybe you'll know which functions/effects to use. Don't expect these guys to get back to you.
