Super user friendly and intuitive to use for checking MD5 checksums. Just type md5 on the command line and a window pops up so you can paste in the comparison checksum and browse for the file to check. The download doesn't include the source code, so if you need that you're out of luck, but if you don't need the source code, it's wonderful. It also generates MD5 checksums, but I didn't use that feature, so I can't comment on that. I would assume it is equally user friendly.
