This product has many bugs and gives constant errors like "invalid handle" and "invalid pointer". Support is usesless- they blame you for their program flaws. It takes 1 to 2 days to receive an email response if they answer at all. Every time the program takes a screencap, the cursor changes from pointer to hourglass so the user can see something is up. Also has some wierd protection scheme that claims you are changing your system clock all the time and you have to email them for some code. Unstable application and horrible support, what more needs to be said?
