I ordered this product online from WonderShares website. My card was billed immediately and I recieved a copy of the invoice. I was suppose to get my registration/serial at that time and did not. There is no contact number, the live support says offline. All I could do was email them through their email support address. I never got any replies at all. Like I said great product but be very careful. I had to dispute the charges on my amex for credit.
