Just bought this software and the Outlook portion has stopped working and normal file backups end up with errors. Have emailed "support" a number of times with absolutely no response. I am an IT Consultant with years of experience and know what I'm doing, so this is clearly a faulty product and one to avoid. A total waste of time and money.
