This is a simple little program that performs the useful task of allowing you to format large drives with FAT32. You would mainly want to do this so that you can use the drive on both Mac and Windows systems. The interface is a little confusing and for a program that makes such dangerous changes I would have preferred the two step setup changes and then perform them rather than hit a button and have it perform the change.
