Voice Changer for the Internet - problems!
I don't know whether it works. I never even installed it because it automatically attempted to install to my "C:" drive, which I reserve for testing OS. I didn't see any immediately apparent way to change the installation destination drive or directory, so I simply cancelled the install.
Forcing a specific drive/location for software installation is amateurish and not a good practice. The user should always have the option of both.
