Key doesn't work
I bought *Atmosphere Deluxe* on 26 July 2008 -after several
emails I received my Program ID and Unlock code at 29 July. After several days the code didnt'work anymore. I sent about 10 emails and online support forms, without any answer. An hour ago (3 September) I sent again an email and an online support form.
The answer to support form was: Your place in the queue is: 132 - The current wait is approximately: 66 hrs - That’s about the same answer as I got 3 weeks ago !

Atmosphere Deluxe review
Like the first poster, they dont send out unlock codes. At least no so far. Must be something wrong with the company. Sort of crazy to screw up their clients when paypal will refund the money.

Good software, bad company
The software was interesting and I liked it. Worked pretty good. But I paid for it and never got the unlock code and no emails were answered. Finally had to apply for refund from Paypal.
