I bought Ace#1 almost a year ago. The program broke and I tried calling and emailing over and over agin and never received a reposnse. Now I learned my program is totally broken - I had to uninstall, and can find the code to reinstall. Now I'm really stuck. The program worked great for a month, but I soon felt ripped off after 30 days. It's like it ran 30 days and broke on purpose. You got yours and I got screwed. aallen, TX
