I really liked a free version of HDDlife I found in a magazine, so I purchased the full version from their website. The product works fine but has an error that causes it to shutdown after about an hour. I placed a request for support with their no-support centre, and have been waiting nearly 2 months for any kind of reply. If you buy the product and have a problem, everyone should expect the same kind of crap service from BinarySense Inc.
