No Support, buggy
The application isn't bad when it works. The major problem with it is that if Windows shuts down abnormally (power failure, system locks up, etc...) Neon Reminder's data will become corrupt and it will not load properly. Instead it will start popping up constant error messages, which means you'll have to shut it down via Task Manager. Then you'll have to uninstall it, reinstall it, and hopefully it works again. I couldn't find where the data files were kept, and a re-install was still showing the same problem.
I've paid for this software, and have sent two emails to the support address on the home web site, but have gotten zero response.
My advice, look for a different reminder program.
