Great tool for web develeopers
If you preload something with flash, you won't see real reaction until publish it. And it may be shock :) But speed limiter show you real progress.

nice and simple. works great.
Very easy to use speed limiter with nice and simple graphic user interface.
Great little program. Does the trick. Nothing more nothing less.
