I use windows 98. Lately I have been testing free picture browsers . I tested more than 12 free picture browsers. By far this one is the best. It is a very fast browser ( in less than a minute is does load more than 1000 thumb pictures..) , and it through the browser one has the hability to move pictures from one folder to another. It is the only free browser avaiable online that has such feature.
