If you have a problem after 12 months then expect a reply like this.
1. We are not interested in and do not want to support older versions.
2. We are not interested in and do not want to support those who purchased our products before March 1 2007 for free, and finally
3. We are not interested in and do want to support those who ignore our recommendations and fail to keep their registration data as prescribed.
Basically they want your money and that's all they are interested in.
AVOID or when you have a problem you will have to repurchase to get any assistance
