Prepare to part with your money for nothing in return: download software that is as about as controllable as disk sled down mt. everest ... no menus, no help, no response from email, no answer on the phone... but they collect your credit card purchase perfectly.

Evidently these folks don't give you your money back if the program fails. It didn't work for me, but I did recover my photos with different software. So far no luck getting a refund, tho another service whose software did not work promptly refunded me. Further caution - the freeware seemed to work fine!
