ExtRes was fully tested by TopShareware Labs. It does not contain any kind of malware, adware and viruses.
Extres is a programming library for Win32 programmers. You can create and retrieve textual resources for use in your application. Main advantage of Extres is that the resources are kept outside your executable, opposed to the resources you put in your windows resource file. Furthermore the resources will be encrypted and optionally compressed.
